Our September Zero Waste Repair Café is proudly a part of Repair Festival 2026!

Got a wobbly toaster, a jacket with a rebellious zipper, or a lamp that’s given up on life? Bring it along to our free Repair Café at Tāmaki Zero Waste Hub!

Our lovely volunteer fixers will roll up their sleeves and take on almost anything: patching, rewiring, tightening, mending. It’s all about giving your everyday treasures a new lease on life instead of a one way trip to landfill. Along the way, you’ll pick up handy repair skills, learn what makes your stuff tick, and spend a few hours around people who’d rather fix it than bin it.
